- Ergonomic Handle - In order to ensure that you keep a firm grip while cleaving, we’ve fashioned an ergonomic, Natural Ebony handle which has been sealed and cured with high-temperature wax.
- Extra-Thick Blade - We’ve made this blade strong and durable enough to cleave through the toughest of meat. With a thickness of 4.1mm, you can have peace of mind knowing that this cleaver is built to stay in top condition.
- Additional Force - Cleaving meat can be tiring, which is why we’ve made this cleaver with a weight of 460g to ensure you swing with enough force to produce clean cuts.
