Knife Care

Lifetime Warranty:

We are so confident in our quality of knives we offer a free lifetime guarantee on our blades.

Washing:
Always hand wash and dry each knife after use. With a soft sponge or cloth. Never machine wash.

Sharpening:
Our blades leave the workshop with an edge angle of 15°. To maintain this edge for a lifetime we recommend using a good quality sharpening steel regularly.

    The blade reflects the western style, offering a familiar rocker-feel that’s boosted by the characteristic sharpness and durability of 67 layers of Japanese Damascus steel.

    In the simplest of terms, ‘Na’ means leaf and ‘kiri’ means cut, showing the Japanese designed this knife with one task in mind.
