The Masters Chef Knife

Traditionally, these knives are used only by the executive chefs as a symbol of status and due to its multipurpose traditional Japanese blade. These sword shaped knives feature a straighter edge than a yanagi for vegetables, and a longer blade than an usuba for slicing fish with ease.

Get A Grip On Your Cuts

Made of pure Abalone shell and coated in resin, the resulting material is incredibly strong but still lightweight. Thanks to its
durability it can be used on a daily basis with no fear.

Forged AUS-10 Core

AUS-10 provides increased carbon content resulting in a knife with higher edge retention and an excellent blend of razor sharpness, durability, and comfort that is unrivaled in its price range.

So far, this has been a great knife. It is beautiful, but a little heavy for my wife. I get along fine with it. Very good product. I hope it lasts.

This knfie is for those times you just need some more heft to your cutting needs - please use on large wooden cutting board, it will dmeolish any plastic thin boards. You have been warned
