Knife Care

We are so confident in our quality of knives we offer a free lifetime guarantee on our blades.


Washing:
Always hand wash and dry each knife after use. With a soft sponge or cloth. Never machine wash.

Sharpening:
Our blades leave the workshop with an edge angle of 15°. To maintain this edge for a lifetime we recommend using a good quality sharpening steel regularly.

Long, thin and strong, this knife is used to remove meat from the bone. Its thinness allows you to move with the curves and bends of the bone and separate the meat effectively, leaving as little behind as possible.

It is VERY sharp, don’t know who would need a knife this ridiculously sharp!
