Shipping & Returns


COVID-19 has inconvenienced all of us, but we're still keeping the operation going as best we can. Orders are being shipped every day and most post offices are experiencing minor delays. Thank you so much for your patience!

Some orders take a long time to get there, usually about one month in total with delayed and limited to no tracking once the package reaches the recipient country.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on any order no matter the size. Most packages are shipped out within 3 business days and arrive to you in just seven to fourteen business days. We ship via international postal Express Mail Service (EMS), which can also be tracked online when available.

Free Shipping does not always include real time, up to date tracking information, depending on the recipient country’s postal service.

While orders are shipped out using EMS, the recipient country’s postal service will be responsible for tracking updates and delivery once the package reaches the destination country. If recipient country’s postal service does not deliver packages, recipient will be responsible for pick-up. We strongly recommend including your phone number.

Priority Processing

Amongst the multiple shipping options available we offer priority processing. This additional charge allows for us to prioritize the processing and handling of your order, so it can be shipped out within 24 hours or the next business day instead of the 3 business days required without.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with our products, please return them within the first 60 days for a full refund, no questions asked.

A quick note: Products should be returned unused and in their the original packaging.

Our return policy applies only to orders placed on and does not apply to Warehouse Deals, which are final sale.

Customs Information

Commercial invoices will be marked as "Merchandise" and the value of the shipment will be marked as equal to the order amount. Shipments cannot be marked as gifts or marked at a price lower than the amount paid.

VAT, GST or any other country duties/taxes/fees are not pre-paid for or included in the shipping cost calculated at checkout and may be levied upon delivery. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
